Then imagine the shirt with the back and right arm in the correct orientation relative to your body. (or imagine the back inside of the shirt still facing your back.)
The inside of the front of the shirt is facing away from you.
If you put the shirt on witht he left sleeve on the left, right on right, the back of the shirt will be in front.
