My street racing story (for Barney)

I know, I know. Take it to the track but this is a different kind of street racing.
Anyhoo, I out riding my Litespeed. I thought I was making good time in the hill when this female cyclist passed me. In the hills, I dont' get passed too often, much less by a girl so I sped up. However, I was already going near redline so I couldn't go much faster. As casually as she seems to ride I couldn't catch up.
A few weeks later, I was riding with one of the local racers group ride when I saw that she was in the same peloton. I told of of the group leader that she's an awsome rider and he said.
"of course she is. That's Linda Jackson".
Didn't really know who that is so I did some search just now. I thought that was pretty cool what she did.

One of the guys I ride with from time to time is a former pro cyclist and just when I think I'm finally conditioned enough to keep up with him he steps up a gear and leaves me like I'm standing still...
