got to see Buc-ee's after hearing tall tales and seeing a Road Sign for it all the way in Palm Springs

HAD to hit one many many Gas Pumps and inside is crazy full of stuff from clothes to candy and even freshly done BBQ

They are VERY big in TX but also in some other of the southern states
their Road Side Billboards are

Glen canyon dam, been wanting to see this for years. Didn’t realize it’s bigger than Hoover dam

A few more from the road trip,

The San Antonio Riverwalk, its worth the visit, a nice lil 1/2 Hr boat ride and learned a lot of the area & the history of it

Some very good Texas BBQ

A popular spot!

Jeff greeted us in line and let the first timers know what's what & tips on ordering

So many great places to choose from but glad we tried this one!

Quick stop by COTA just to see the track, looks like they are adding a few new Roller Coasters to the lot. They do concerts there too so guess they want options for everyone.

Also stopped at 3 other Race Tracks as C-6 watches every Nascar race and seeing some in person was fun. Even minus a race going on

One of the Treats for me, stopping at the Antique Archeology Store in Le Claire Iowa
I've watched for years and finally seeing it in person was
Sadly we just missed meeting Mike as he had been there the previous week doing a Meet & Greet and also no Danielle as they said she's only there when filming

Just ONE of the two buildings FULL of stuff it was a lil overwhelming as I only had so much time in there and well seeing it all was

2nd treat for me was going to Waco TX again and going to the Magnolia ( Fixer Upper Show ) Hotel 1928 that the Restored
The Detail work was amazing and the whole place was gorgeous

YES that TV is showing Re Runs of Fixer Upper
that bar & restaurant were done great! Upper level Nicer Restaurant was too & the rooftop Bar area.

I asked if they ever come in and the gal said yeah often as they do meetings & such there in the restaurant.

No longer own a Ragtop but discovered this stuff was great at transforming our Hot Tub Cover

C-6 had watched a guy on YOUTUBE demonstrating it for this purpose.
We decided to give it a try as ours has been looking quite dingy / dirty and like oxidized

That looks like just dirt sitting on top of it but it does NOT wash off

Its a 2 step process, 1st you apply the cleaner and scrub with a brush.

When finished you rinse that all off.

Then you apply the conditioner polish, wipe in it good and leave it.

It really brought life back to the Vinyl Cover

I figured if someones S 's top needs some TLC you could try it! We couldn't find it at the Auto Supply Stores but did on > Amazon :
