What's the snow on the ground like around there? My mom's flying in to Dulles tomorrow and is worried she won't be able to drive her rental car.

 

The snow isn't sticking to the roads right now...and most of the snow from our previous severe storm has been moved or has melted already.....unfortunately, this may change once the sun sets and the snow starts to stick...it will still be snowing through the morning (supposedly). Tell you mom to bring a REALLY heavy coat with her as it is pretty darn cold. If she gets stuck I'll dig her out
