Random I-pod Question

i'm :mad and 
at my ipod. i had it for a week and only had 10 gigs worth of songs on it and it fuckin crashed on me 
i've been trying to do all of the troubleshooting stuff that apple support recommends and it aint working 
i need to get it to a apple store. i'm fuckin pissed

i had still deleted the songs off of my laptop at home but i've been uploading them to my work pc which has over 60gigs of space
now i just need to get a new one
