Computer users are divided into three types: novice, intermediate and expert.

Novice Users--People who are afraid that simply pressing a key might break their computer.

Intermediate Users--People who don't know how to fix their computer after they've just pressed a key that broke it.

Expert Users--People who break other people's computers.

There are 10 types of computer users - those that can read binary, and those who can't!

Load the newest version of iTunes and on the devices page click the "Restore" button. this will wipe everything off and start clean. You won't lose the stuff that's on your pc though and it will go back onto your iPod.
