I have pizza for breakfast regularly. I'm going to have some in about an hour. We have a great Italian place near our house, Dominic's Pizza. Their pizza reheated is quite tasty.

How do you reheat, George? Oven? Convection?

9 times out of 10, I find re-heated pizza to be dry and a bit hard. Is there a good technique?

Two minutes on 50% power in the microwave, Charlie. The cheese melts a little bit, but it still tastes good.
