Anyone remember when cable+HBO was still less than $10/ month, HBO still showed nothing but movies, and a satellite dish was compact enough to only need a single axle trailer!!!

All in the Family!!!

My folks didn't let me watch that show... As an adult, I sorta' understand why, though.

Frikkin' cable... Don't get me started!

Got a B-day card for my buddy yesterday.

"Sex at your age is like Cable TV...

Remember when a bicycle had a three-speed hub shifter?

Remember when a bicycle weighed as much as a small battleship?

(I am not lamenting the advent of newer bikes, just reminiscing about the old Raleighs and Rudges that my folks and I had)

Hehe,
Raleigh was (and might still be) a popular brand of bicycles in Malaysia. Is it a British company? It sounds British.

It is British. I had a Raleigh. It was my first '10 speed'.

Some of the new bikes are crazy now.

My younger brother works in a bike shop and used to race mountain bikes, the disc brakes on his are increadible.
