It was "clobberin time". So glad. Can't wait for tomorrow's game.

The 500 was better than I expected, even if it did take all day. Good to see Rahal back in the winner's circle after all his problems with Jag, etc. Rice drove a heck of a race.

A *HECK* of a race. I somehow Identify with Rice.

Rahal... I don't.

Man it did take all day... I've got a whole thread about that I think...

I don't know what I think about that game last night. Do any of you think that was Calgary top heavy...?

It was 29-24 for Calgary (shots) which is not a huge advantage but not bad... OTOH it was 12-5 in the 3rd period!! I feel certain that if not for that goofy double minor in the first and/or that bad major in the 3rd Calgary would have come through.

At any rate TB played better than in the last game and seem to be able to fend off the rough game of the Flames... back to TB even.

As good as the Flames were, the Lightning goal tending and hitting made for a really even game. With big mo on their side and the sea of red shirts in the stands I really thought the Flames would be at the top of their game last night but the poor shooting and no luck we now an anyone-could-win series.

The sea of red shirts was cool... It was also interesting that the ABC announcers mentioned that "you could hear the people singing along with the Canadian national anthem... they do that here." It's true, they do.

Gina... St Louis is long out of the playoffs so don't worry about having to choose.
