Same here Jed. I think that even if the two sides came to an agreement today, one of the heads (Bettman/Goodenow) will find something wrong and kill it... They're both hell-bent on getting their way even at the expense of those they represent.

My thoughts exactly. The only good thing about an agreement without B/G is that would show that at least there is a will... it will be tough on them to continue to shrug off their consitituents.

Very true, Jed...
Nobody is saying exactly what was discussed, but it was a 5+ hour meeting and they are planning on meeting again soon - my guess is with B/G present to hear what was discussed.
