I just read an email from my agent. It's the husband that doesn't want to budge on the pricing, not the wife/agent. I guess she knows better. Men, what a bunch of idiots.
eh, just wait another few weeks... they'll change their minds...

[QUOTE=BBY2KS2K,Jan 15 2006, 09:27 AM] Just emailed my agent about this one. It's in an area just as good as #1 and priced a little better, plus it's less than 6 miles from work.

looks good. dunno bout the metal/vinyl siding though i've never seen that except on warehouses...

how is the school district? you know for resale value...

also.. check out this site: http://realtor.com/Default.asp?poe=realtor
School district is just as good as the other one's, maybe better. I just got back from driving by it and it's in a nice neighborhood. The siding is vinyl, not metal. The only gripe I have is what appears to be a small backyard and the greenbelt that runs behind it is owned by a private company according to the county assessor so it may not stay as a greenbelt. Could mean future neighbors to the rear. Regardless, it's worth a look.

At a minimum. 4 is better. 5 is ideal.
