No one really works for you.
Literally true. Unless it is a "buyer's agent", both agents are really agents of the seller.

I think around here it's 3% for each agent. So 3% of 2,500 is $75. I just got off the phone with my agent, there was another offer put on the house but the good news is I should get a yes or no tommorow.

Thanks. I've got a good offer, my offer is not contigent on the sale of another house, I'm going with a conventional loan w/ 20% down (no vodoo financing like ARM's, 80-10-10, baloon etc.) and giving everything they asked for and asked nothing in return. And I don't know if I mentioned this, but the sale of the house will be decided by a relocation company, not the people who live there so the "emotion factor" (the same factor that killed my last offer) is taken out of the equation. Hopefully they just want to get the house of their books and accept the offer.

how fast can you close on this deal? you may want to offer a quicker closing date. provided the inspections are all good. that may tilt the deal your way. and theres always "another offer coming in".
