If I sell and buy, I will have to pay:

$31,800 to a realtor(unless RC can give a discount)
Closing cost: est $8,000
Higher property tax: $262.50/month
A $280K bigger loan: $1,170/month

Over 5 years, that would be:
$31,800
$8,000
$15,750
$70,200

$125,750 Probably forgetting some things too!

AKA: $2,095/month(on top of my current bills) for the same thing! F THAT!

What I plan to do is rent out my hacienda for $1,600/month and rent out a place for $1,950. That comes to an additional $21,000 over 5 years BUT should save $18,000 in gas+maintenence+insurance+tickets! SOOOOO

I just membered she used 2 date one of the Thunderbirds and she was teachin my other neighbor ( thats now moved away to a bigger beta house ) 's lil daughter how to say " Hockey Boyz " it was so cute


Nevamind I think she only likes 's with a half FULL glass

That's not fair. You would save the $300/month in gas/etc either way so:

$107,750 - $3,000 = $104,750 = AN EXTRA $1795.833333/month!
