What I plan to do is rent out my hacienda for $1,600/month and rent out a place for $1,950. That comes to an additional $21,000 over 5 years BUT should save $18,000 in gas+maintenence+insurance+tickets! SOOOOO

That's not fair. You would save the $300/month in gas/etc either way so:$107,750 - $3,000 = $104,750 = AN EXTRA $1795.833333/month!
