I’m saying it is not complicated in the area where I live, currently we have over 1,000 air b’n’b’s and 2 monthly rentals which are both over four thousand dollars a month.

Packing and purging has been crazy for us , 15 years worth of hoarding. We had so much storage space that we just kept sticking things in the basement, not seeing it basically meant forgetting about it.

We were serious about moving to a new home and new location 2 years ago, but the market was so stupid and we gave up after trying to buy two homes that we liked. The frustration of that frenzied sellers' market at that time was enough to cause us to stay put. That was good though as home values are now down about 20+% since that time.

In December 2022 my wife convinced me to look at an open house that looked interesting to her. Prior to going there I told her that we were not in a position to sell or move, she agreed but she still wanted to check out the open house. I reluctantly went along with it just to keep her happy (and quiet ). Two weeks later we had purchased that home , a weird chain of events I say.

I’m noting that Mom is considering putting the house up for sale later this year / first part of next year. As far as I’m concerned, all the furniture etc is staying. All of it is old and seen better days so why not just get new stuff?

I'm up and it is an hour later than what I was used to, and much darker this morning.

I'm saying I tried to take my pre-work nap and I couldn't because it is later now even though it is still earlier in a sense.

I'm reporting that we ate two hours later today, so we are really off.

I’m a tad bit miscombobulated myself.

I’m relating an experience I had yesterday. About a week or so ago, there was an austic young girl that came into my store ( I had no idea that she was austic ) but I got her a balloon. She came in yesterday with her Mom, ran over to me, grabbed my hand and pulled me me away from from my work area. She pulled me to the deli area, picked out some banana pudding and we sat and ate the pudding for like 30 minutes and her Mom was crying - and said to me that she never reaches out to anyone.

I had zero response to that , all I could do was hug both of them.

My manager came over and was just beyond belief as to what happened.

I’m of the opinion that Michael Anthony made Van Halen Van Halen.
