I'm wondering if any of the s remember me spouting off about School Specialty our supplier/competitor..specifically about them being bought out by venture capitalists and what it would mean for us and our industry?

Well the deal is off! Turns out they are hurting as well..nice to know its not just the little guys!

I'm happy to report that my headache (the physical one anyway) is almost completely gone.

I'm noting that we do have excedrin, but it was only recently that our extra strength/migraine stuff started to have caffeine in it. No more shopping for meds in the States.

I'm thinking the DOA beaver is wishing all he/she was suffering from today was just a headache.

I'm letting Bent know that I'd take the Caterham over the Buell, for a couple of reasons.

The Buell, there is only so far you can modify it and have fun. The Caterham, a lifetime of tinkering. Secondly, if you've got any riding skillz, it becomes apparent real quickly that the cornering/go fast capability of the bike is way more than you want to explore on the street. I remember being out on a "test" ride when I was still at Buell, and looking up at the door handles of the Crown Vic going the other way as I dragged my knee around the corner

Unless you live near US129. I could see myself selling everything to live in a trailerpark in TN, just to ride my Buell every day and make the front page of killboy.com every week
