wtf? You know the contractor's probably half in the bag anyways

 

I'm not arguing that point (you'd HAVE to be half in the bag to want to work on this house), but if I'M half in the bag, too, then when I think HE'S half in the bag he could be totally bagged...and I'm not convinced that's a good way to manage my renovation expenses...

 

I'm thinking I did a pretty good job of using I'm in the previous post...
