I'm saying these are just the projects I can think of off the top of my head. There are a number I either left off or haven't thought of yet...

 

I'm giving two examples:

Exterior of house needs to be repainted this coming summer
Shed farthest away from house needs to be insulated and sheetrocked to become the next iteration of the Robyn's Nest (essentially, her studio to run any home-based business she decides on).
