I'm thinking s2ko is putting too much work into it when he could just brine them overnight and throw them on low heat then high heat on the grill.

I'm saying for ribs I pefer a dry rub. I have brined them as well but right now I'm leaning towards the dry rub method.

I'm noting Mom_In_Trunk brines, rubs, then grills. I'm also noting though we do a lot more Pork Roast than ribs. . . but the ribs get the same attention.

I'm saying my mom brines her ribs instead of using a dry rub. I'm also saying for roast I usually brine.
