hmm... don't know how to describe it... but they have a bunch of montreal seasonings.. one for chicken, steak, etc.. there's more, i just don't remember. the brand isn't montreal, the flavour is. preeeeeeeeetty good though

I made it *really* good one time.... and *really* mediocre another time. I sent my recipe to my stepdad (seriously the guy can cook. I can count the restaraunts I've been to that can match him on one hand. No joke. Seriously though. It's like this:

okay, I've talked him up enough... ) and I've got him investigating how to kick that recipe up a notch or too... still waiting for him to get back to me.... grrrr....

but that chicken/garlic/lemon action sounds delicious
