6 workout sessions a week, 1 1/2 hour duration,
Goal is to bench 500lbs by two months

actually now that you mentioned it! I do need to work on getting more sleep!

My goal is to be in bed before midnight on most workdays at the very least.

I'm trying to hit the gym by 5:30 AM and try and make either the 7:20 or 7:56 AM train. I have yet to make it to the gym at 5:30 AM.
