Your biceps must be tearing through your shirt.
Gym every night at 7 pm till 8:30. Hit the treadmill for about 2 miles. Lift some weights, do some crunches. Does nothing, I go home and flex in the mirror, wife walks in and makes fun of me, I go to bed. Repeat
