They deserved it but they're a bit too arrogant for my liking.

Looking forward to England v Trinidad & Tobago tomorrow....

England just don't seem to be able to find a way past Trinidad & Tobago

Why does England have to play two teams at once? Seems unfair.

They do that to try to even things up a bit ...

13 shots, 5 corners, countless free kicks and still no bloody goal !!!!

I wish they would send Crouch home, the guy is rubbish. I would have scored that chance he missed (well maybe, sort of, with no goalie and a bit more time....)

But seriously, there is no way he is a World class striker, I only hope Rooney will be fit later in the tournament if England get any further..

Umm.

Everyone got very tired towards the end (I guess it's pretty hot in Germany?). Made the subs look very fast and fit.

England completely dominated possession but weren't able to finish until quite late on. That said, the Crouch goal was a good one (although he climbed quite hard on the defender) and the Gerrard goal was a good strike.

Maybe that's the plan. Start Owen, then bring Rooney and the wingers on later in the game, let Rooney tire them out some more and keep banging them into to Crouch?

Not a great performance, again, from what I hear, but a win is a win is a win .... 6 points from two games ... you can't ask for more!!

It is all about coming good at the right time ... we are obviously leaving our best till last
