Though England's defence had been under a lot of pressure for a good part of the second half. I guess they will blame it on tiredness again As group leader, England will meet Ecuador and it is easier than facing Germany in round of 16.
I wouldn't fancy the idea of playing Germany in the next round too much 
They are playing well and on home soil, they are going to be tough to beat!!
