I'm using this "Smoke Away" stuff...It works. I tried all that other gum. patch. lozenge. no good.

I have no desire to smoke...but that doesn't help with the withdrawal...My poor wife....

 

Sorry to hear, Morgan. By the way, one of my friends once mentioned this book that supposedly helps with quitting. Let me see if I can get the title.

 

I can deal...(I hope)... I once had a Smack habit (many years ago) and I kicked that...The first seven days are a bitch....

 

I bet it is the one that is written by Alan Carr ..... it is excellent to help you give up ...... It has worked for me twice already .....
