Keep it up! I'm sure it's hard, I don't smoke, but I do have parent's that do (which is why I don't smoke) and they've tried quitting off and on with limited success. Just think about your family, health and wallet. You can do it.

Brant, I have plenty of "substitute" addictions....

MC...smack is fun for a while...and then it's not fun. Your whole day becomes about the drug. People ask why your wearing a long-sleeve shirt and its 105 outside.....After awhile your arms look like some second rate character from "Buffy"... bottom line, it kills you....slowly....

Luckily, my father was an MD, so I had some notion of sterile procedure. Also, access to pristine (sterile) medical equipment (syringes) through the motion picture industry...Where do you think "E.R." gets all that shite....? It was a stupid thing to do and I don't recommend it.
