One thing I find interesting, though I'm sure entirely cooincidental is the fact that this whole issue of copyrighted pictures (scans and stuff hosted on this site) comes at a time when s2ki is having trouble with the photo albums due primarily to the huge number of images that are being hosted here rather than people posting links to images hosted on other sites.

I agree with Josh. This is the letter of the law. Everybody PM protokultur and thank him for enforcing the law. He is only doing what a brainwashed robot would do.
I don't think Road n Track or Car n Driver have suffered because of s2ki.com. I think this whole topic is silly. I have gotten CnD for free for three years. They have lost more money printing and mailing the mag to me and they haven't stopped it for three years. It's weird. I think protokultur should call up CnD and tell them what a waist of money is happening here
eventually we will have so many laws we won't have to think or live. I my own opinion I consider this board a "record" of "discussions" between people. It would be equally silly to say I can't talk about a magazine article I read to another person. Like many things on this board, it has been blown out of proportion.....
and cthree will do what he needs to, and I think, from his stand point it is the right thing to do. If we don't like it, we should change the gov't, not the board. protokultur is just a yes-man like any nazi sympathizer in germany would be in the 1940's.......

Maybe I should start using my turn signal at every lane change, every intersection. I'll also do no more than 45mph in a posted 45mph zone, or 55mph in a 55mph zone. I'll also stop downloading movies and songs from the internet.
