They do if you google Nordic Center Stratton it will come up.

 

We would park and start our day from the Sun Bowl because it was less crowded. I saw the signs for the Nordic Center but never checked it out. As a skier I have always been a speed, bumps, and jumps aficionado. As I get older I see why my dad preferred cross country/Nordic skiing. When I was a kid I would make fun of him for his choice.

 

It's a great time of year right now if you are the hardcore athletic type. The mountain is closed and it's a ghost town but there is plenty of snow on it. I have a lot of friends who will hike up and ski or snowboard down.

 

I would stand outside and watch them while smoking a cigar and drinking coffee (provided i could see them).

 

That's pretty much what I do.

 

There are hot air balloons over my house this morning.
