today i learned that some people STILL do not know how to send a fax 
someone is sending me a fax page by page... instead of sending it all at once..AND ina ddition, is sending the fax three time!!!!!!!!!!! FOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! needless to say i can't cancel any of them and i can't even get a chance in to send out an urgent fax... wtf...
