Kirstie Alley died of colon cancer. That is very preventable with colonoscopies every five ears or so. I had 12 inches of my colon removed a few years ago and have had regular colonoscopies since age 40. During surgery, my surgeon found a large mass and paused the surgery until a pathologist could perform a laboratory procedure. It wasn't malignant. Don't put it off. It could save your life.

Well aware RB # OLD

C-6 also had to have a section of his removed years ago when we were in WA
His follow up got moved to 3 years but has since been stretched out. I've had 2 and one of those mail in screens once.

Breast Cancer is ALSO important to pay attention to a yearly Mammogram ( all be it not fun ) can save your life as well.

I just did my Poo-on-the-target test. I'm still good! Can't wait for the roto-rooter in 2.5 years.
