Me too, I'm pretty sloppy. Have you done this? this helped me with me rev matching... I started it when I had the BMW. drive along at a normal speed for the street or freeway you are on and shift between the gears without slowing or speeding up. The goal is to maintain the exact same speed while putting the box into whatever gear are available..... so if you're doing 45 mph, you can downshift from 4th to 3rd, back up to 4th, down to 3rd, etc. or 4-3-4-5-4-3-4-5.... whatever. It is quite effective. And you can do it wherever you go.
