He just laughed at me ...... this is the same guy that has a Lambourghini Countache in the UK, which I have offered to take for a run for him ....... just to make sure that it doesn't sit there rusting while he is away .... but he turned me down on that offer as well !!!!!!

He has, however, promised to let me have a drive the in Lambo next time we are in the UK together

One of my neighbors has a really eclectic mix of cars. He's got an Austin Healey, a 60's Ferrari, a recent BMW M3, and a 70's Porsche 911 that he rallys... I've got an eye on the Austin and the Ferrari for a ride!

Funny story... This morning, it was pretty close to freezing and I was bundled up on my way out of the house. He was walking his dog and he was laughing at me (not an uncommon occurrence, really). Anyway, he told me that a brass fitting on his Austin had busted off and he was using a pliers just to crank the dial over in the Austin to get the heat on!

What's funny about this is that I remember having cars like that. We take our modern cars for granted sometimes, don't we!
