Check out the desktop/server bundles.

I don't really keep up with hardware prices, but I heard these are excellent deals.

Can the Mac cultists advise me about this?

Apple Mac Mini 1.42Ghz
256MB DDR333 SDRAM
ATI Radeon 9200 32MB DDR
80GB HD
Combo Drive
$549
My mom needs a new computer. She pretty much only uses email. It would need to be able to connect to my wireless g router.

Do Macs take PCMCIA cards? If so, hooking up to wireless shouldn't be a problem.

It has 2 USB 2.0 ports. I have a USB wireless adapter that is Mac compatible.
