That didn't come out right.

It was an internship at some chip company.

hmmmmmm guess I'm not so dumb after all

actually first sight of THE COWS did have me puzzled and thought maybe they served burgers as well butt I see they don't. I prefer COW over Chicken myself butt I'd give it a whirl if I was in the area

I'm curious what your uniform was like?? Did you wear a funny hat?

I had a cute lil brown dress thingie that the girls wore and no funny hat less I wuz back flippin B's
The uniform wasn't that bad. Black polyester pants, white button up short sleeve shirt, clip on bow tie, and red white and black striped apron. There may have been a hat but I didn't wear it. The worst part about it was no matter how many times you washed your uniform it still smelled like fried chicken. I think it was quite some time before I ate fried chicken after that job.

My job required that I not only worked the counter but I also deep fried the chicken, made the breakfast items when I worked the AM shifts. At the time we also made lemon meringue pie from scratch, made fresh lemonade from scratch, made chicken que, which was leftover chicken diced up and cooked in a bbq sauce, made the ice cream and pretty much anything else. It was sort of fun because I had just moved to a new town and didn't know anyone and it was at the mall. We could eat all we wanted for free and we used to swap food with the kids in some of the other restaurants in the mall. We even had a deal where we gave the girls at the hair place free food for haircuts. Pretty good scam for HS.

Haircuts? HAIRCUTS? That's the best you could come up with?
