Joe I found a great Italian Deli down in Palm Desert a few months ago, they make pizzas and have them in their freezer to buy, they are a thin crust which I like sometimes I have been picking them up to have as a pizza craving dinner. Watching DDD yesterday he was at a place that had a HUGE Pizza Oven the big igloo looking type with tiled outside really pretty! I see many options at the patio places C-6 has frequented that sell Green Eggs & High End Grills but I doubt I'd ever $pend the $ for one since I dunno how often it would be used
I will continue to live thru your posts for Pizza

Gina, those pizzas you find sound good and always good to have some spares on hand when you have the need for fast pizza. My family is addicted to the pizzas I've been making lately, we mostly make it in summer months so I can use my pizza oven. Your mushroom, bell pepper and black olives sounds like a great mix, I need to try it. Today I will have a Margherita for myself, my son likes pepperoni, and my wife will likely get Margherita but with pepperoni on hers. That last one I make today will be bakery style pizza, just tomato paste, oregano, and grated cheese, we will keep that for tomorrow and eat it cold as a side dish or snack.

I kid you not, that my Gozney Rocc Box pizza oven makes the best pizzas around, as good as any fancy restaurant. It gets up to 900 degrees if needed, nice stone surface , and a proper temp gauge, it comes with all of the tools, and is so easy to use. I'd highly recommend one to your hubby, you can't beat it at any price, and this one is really affordable, easy to transport and move around too. Gozney makes bigger versions which are awesome but this one suits us fine for three people. I can't say enough about how good it works. Propane powered, auto lighting, and I think you can actually get a wood version but this is so easy to use and just as good results. Pic of my bakery style pizza below, I will post up pics of the margheritas from later tonight.

The pizza ovens appear to be on sale right now with the cover and turning peel included , great deal Portable Pizza Oven | Gozney Roccbox | Gozney

Oh no, that picture was just taken when we brought it home and unpacked it. I only use it outdoors on a table in our side yard, never indoors. It might be okay in an open garage but never indoors.

My wife wanted to make lasagna for Father's day dinner, cooking right now, can't wait to dig in. Pre-oven picture of a typical layer (4 layers)

Was @ https://www.claros.com < @zeroptzero & @robb would approve
yesterday and the guy was just putting out some fresh Pizza Dough asked if I wanted one?
Sure I'll take one! There's is much more than the one I usually get at Trader Joes so I cut it up and froze some
Gonna do a 1/2 margarita with basil from my garden & 1/2 Pepperoni
No pizza oven like zero so reg one will do

Sounds good Mom, I'm sure it will come out really good wherever you do it. I like to use extra dough for marinara (Bakery style) pizza, and focaccia bread.
