Right on Mom! Forgot if I told you this or not but one day we were driving home from a job and my boss says to me "ya know we work hard we sweat our asses off" and I'm like yeah sooooooo (wondering were he is going with this) and he continues "so why are we overweight?" I told him that if we didn't sweat and work our asses off imagine how much bigger we would be!

You have a smart Boss just keep doin what your doin unless you are told by a Dr you need to change something, I have as of the last several years used a step counter and well mine is a Kids version cause I wanted the Mickey & Star Wars Straps but nun da less it tells me my steps daily & thats all I care about don't need one of those fancy shmancy ones, it sorta inspires me to get more steps in but it truly is ME that needs to want to not a strap on my wrist if that makes sense

I have a neighbor thats also old like me & bless her I see her walking often twice in a day and give her a big while I'm inside drinking my you do what is good for YOU & thats all that matters

Treated myself to a nice steak. Marinated it with italian dressing, mustard, onions and some salt and garlic and pepper. Had french style green beans and organic mixed greens for side dishes.

We had chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, shake and bake style in the oven, they were decent, first time we tried them in a long time. Less expensive than breasts.

I’m not a fan of thighs.
