Rob we have resorted to more simple forms of pizza lately. Today it is thin crust, home made tomato sauce, Fior de Latte cheese (soft buffalo cheese) , some firmer mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves - so pretty much a Margherita style pizza. Our son likes pepperoni and extra garlic on his pizza so we load his up a bit. I like to give them a dusting of grated parm. cheese to top them off. Cooked in our outdoor pizza oven at 900 degrees, 90 seconds to cook a pizza. We make 3 personal sized 14 inch pies so we can personalize them as desired.

I'm being told it may be home-made pizza.

Yes corn and rice. I had bought it for my Dad because he has celiac disease, I didn't notice much of a difference in taste.

Baked tilapia with a spinach, cucumber salad and some peas. For desert a warmed brownie with peanut butter sauce and some cool whip.

Pizza with pepperoni, onions, olives and extra mozzarella cooked in a pan with olive oil came out really well. Also had blue cheese dressing for dipping.
