Me too! Would always hesitate to order it in the nice Steak Houses we'd go to due to what they charge 
of course where its from and the size affects that :shrug;
Its SO easy to prepare at home though you should just pick some up & cook it
basically just steaming it till nice & white but not too long.
My Hubby aka C-6 used to cook for a living and he says the restaurant even just steamed it in the microwave
