^ I love a true panzerotti which are all deep fried here, but I have to avoid fried food, so a Calzone is usually the way we go with them being baked.

I'm going easy tonight I've over stuffed myself for the last couple of days. Doing a grilled cheese with sausage and onion and some veggies on the side.

My wife said this was the best lasagna we have ever made, I shuttled a few pieces to my neighbour and they also thought it was the best they've ever had. It was delish.
