It's pizza night at our place. This will be the third time I get to use our new pizza oven.

I'm making the dough this morning for use tonight, I need to let it double-proof and 6 hours is about as long as I can wait to use it. Not a super long fermentation but as long as I can wait.

Taco night at our home, I like mine as double decker tacos, soft shell on the outside of a hard corn tortilla shell, cemented with sour cream, I have used refried beans as the cement before but I didn't have any tonight. I like hard shells but they break apart and are messy so the double decker makes it much easier to eat , tastes good.

Boneless, skinless, chicken breast that is marinating right now in a dry rub of basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and some Italian dressing. I'm going to try adding mustard after it has been cooking for awhile as I haven't been crazy about how the mustard is after it has been cooking for 50 minutes.

Something about spring weather that makes us want to eat burgers more. We hadn't had them for a while. Bacon cheddar burgers sound good !

Yes they were good and filling too. I used an everything bagel as a bun for the burger it was good. Hot dogs are the same I don't eat them often but certain times of the year I get a craving for a hot dog in a hot dog bun.
