Scallops that I will be broiling

 

Sounds GOOOOOOOOOOOD haven't had scallops in a long time. You making sea or bay scallops?

 

I've got chicken baking in the oven right now with a dry rub of salt ,garlic, pepper, basil, oregano and some mustard, mild hot sauce and a bit of italian dressing on it. Will make a spinach salad to go with it and may or may not do some ramen.

 

These were ones I buy that are frozen, Sea Scallops.... they thaw quickly and are very easy sometimes I wrap them in Bacon pre Bake

 

Soooooooooooo gooooooooood!!!!

 

I went to the store this morning and bought some sausages going to cook them up with either shells or spaghetti.

 

We had pizza from a local pizza joint, my wife says my pizza is much better but I had no time to make my dough today.

 

Baked the sausage in the oven and mixed it with some shells and a garden salad with oil and vinegar, pretty basic dinner nothing fancy but good.

 

Bacon chedder cheeseburger IN an everything bagel, 2 hot dogs SANS bun or any bread and I'm out of fresh veggies so had some frozen peas and french style green beans with some butter and garlic.

 

I think it’s gonna be take out. Too dang hot for anything else.
