I'm unique...just like everyone else.
As previously stated, I believe that the man is the leader and the woman is the follower. I say this because of basic traits in a man and woman.
That is conjecture, not fact. One can argue math without numbers, and Christianity without the Bible, if one sticks to facts.

I believe that men and women are separate but equal and always have been. It starts with the body and ends with the mind, no matter what way you look at it we are different creatures. There are things that each gender is better suited for doing but that does not mean that one is any less important than the other.
The problem in the last century is that the role of housewife has been demeaned and made to look inferior. If you ask me, I think that it is probably more important than the man of the house going to earn money to support her in her job of raising and taking care of the household.
The job of raising civilization cannot be completed successfully with women trying to be men and ignoring the most important job of supporting the life around them.
fyi, my belief stems from my religion as well.

oh yeah, about women not being preists and such. Judaism does not expressly forbid women from praying, but has forbid preistesses. They are forbidden because it would not give them time to complete their primary task in life, which is taking care of other lives. For men it is an added responsibility to pray that the women do not have since women intrinsically have a more spiritual nature. The reason women are seated separately in Orthodox synagogues is to not distract the men from their responsiblity of prayer.
There are many many aspects of Jewish life that illustrate this separate but equal phenomenon and I could talk on and on and on about the reasons behind that, and if you really want to know I can but I think it might be TMI for the current discussion.

There is no other reason than the bible telling you so. The info you have provided is subjective. Being stronger has nothing to do with leadership. Leadership is about motivating, charisma, example, and responsibility. All of which I think a woman is capable of.
You can say women aren't good leaders, but I know many who could lead better than most men. It's all about the environment you were brought up in. If a woman was taught to be the leader from the get go and guys taught to play with dolls, what do you think would happen? It's called programing. Think about the goings on in the times of when the bible was written. Of course women would be banned from a position of such power. Women weren't viewed the same as there are today. In essence, what I'm saying is that you are using dated material. That's like trying to use a 1st gen helms manual for a 3 gen car.
I just choose to think for myself rather than let a book decide for me. Not that your faith in it is bad. I'm not willing to jump in head first into a river without looking what's below the surface first.
