It's that you are apply a group, a set, or a numerical concept rather than a specific number. That's my point - A does not have to equal a specific number, just a different group of numbers than B. And due to the influences of C, that set that defines A may change.

She may have made a better mother, but she didn't WANT to. It's the use of the word "SHOULD" that I have a problem with. No one SHOUD have to do something or be kept away from their WANT.
