Front wheels are probably in 7 or 8 out of 10 shape. One wheel has no rash, but some scuffs and scrapes. The other is nearly perfect on the surface, but has a spot of rash on the lip. See detailed pictures below. From a few feet away, they look great. They have tires, but are old and basically not usable.

Rear wheels are probably 9.5/10. Nearly perfect. No tires.
