I assume that you mean you have an extended HondaCare warranty....since your original factory 36/36 wty would have expired a year or more ago!

If you have the extended one from Honda, then most Honda dealer's would cover the repairs. OTOH, it's always best to ask now....not after you have rec'd an unexpected bill

You might want to look into that. 9 year warranty seems a little long.

The certified Honda program includes the 7 year extended warranty doesn't it? That was my interpretation.

Maybe the question nees to be addressed to Keenan Honda. We can only speculate on what they'll say.

I don't know about the warranty but I have a suggestion.......Take that nitrous and crap off the car before you have it looked at. If it isn't stock there is no way they will cover it.

And HOW did they determine that the rods are "hitting" the cylinder walls? Not sure I have ever seen this. Has anybody else?

7year/100,000 miles is the Certified Pre Owned warranty if you have that... but Holy SH*T ... definitely do your homework BEFORE you go back to the dealer you bought the car from... change EVERYTHING back to stock under the hood... My experience and A LOT of others on this site is that: If they can find a reason to deny the claim and make it "customer pay" they will

BALEEDAT!! I'll re-tell my story some day
