Default I hate asking this question

I'm sure it's been asked before but the search stinks in this new version. Is there a place in the philly/bluebell/KoP area that I can buy a sn2000 helmet? Anyone...

I bought mine on the net.
http://www.helmetcity.com/
These guys were recommended on NSXPrime, and they are quite good, fast shipping and very knowledgable

Motorcycle shop in your area? You really should test fit a helmet. Buying a helmet over the internet sight unseen can be tough unless you have used that manufacturers helmets in the past.

BTW if this helmet is for FC, a Snell M2000 is acceptable.

Yeah but I'll buy a SA2000 something about being able to sustain multiple hits and the fireproffing.

I just bought a HJC motorcycle helmet for about 150. Any bike shop has them.

you just gotta be careful with that, because some tracks will specify an auto-use helmet only, and bike helmets do not qualify for that. i found this out the hard way, as one of my brand new m/c helmets wouldn't pass on a track i was at. some tracks are ok with m/c helmets, some aren't. gotta check ahead, or just get an auto use helmet.

If you are using this for this meet alone you can use a M2000, if you plan to track your car again, think long and hard BEFORE you buy an M2000, as many open events require a car helmet, SA2000.
