This must be pre-flood, when his car was a driver, street car and track car. Looks like it still has plates on it, and I don't think the current car has plates, as its not street legal.

 

No that's post flood. It may look clean but the interior is gone. No ricer wing yet and all the sheet metal is straight. Today there is barely an untouched panel.

 

 

 

So fresh and so clean, at least on the outside.

 

That is purdy and clean! There are even working headlights in that thing.
