Default Looking for a second car.

Due to my hobby, my s2000 is getting less and less practical for DD (Daily Driving).

So after alot of thought, I decided that I need and would benefit by having a second car.

Now everyone is telling me to get a 500$ beater and be done with it. I just cant see buying a beater and risk the chance of possibly dumping money in it for repairs. After this I decided that my best bet for expenses and affordablilty would be a civic.

Does anyone know anyone looking to sell an EK hatch (96-2000)? I want an ek because of the room, and I know a good amount of information about the cars so that I could do my own repairs. I kinda want to be in the 3k price range, which seems a little low for an ek, but I have seen them sell cheap when you find the right person that doesnt know how many "kids" want an ek.

So if you guys could keep a look out for me I would appreciate it. Im not in too much of a hurry, Im mainly waiting for the right deal to come into play

I just listed my 93 Prelude VTEC for sale, but it sounds like it's probably higher than the price range you are looking for. It has really low mileage, and it's a perfect daily driver though:
