Frank, I did a quick Autotrader search today (I always look for different cars on there out of curiousity) and I couldn't find any Civics like that within 50 miles from me for under 5K. I'm sure there's a bargain out there and if I find something I'll be sure to PM you.

 

PA is the used car capital OF THE WORLD! just look in the little mom and pop lots....i don't know of any off the top of my head frank but i bet up close to your area there are lots of little lots....doesn't mean they are in the best of shape though

 

Damn it Frank you know if you get an EK your going to JDM it up. You need a car you wont mod. I vote used Kia.
