Default Not again!

On my way home from work last night..stopped at a red light minding my own business got rear ended by someone! Apparently she fell asleep or was looking for a cigarette she dropped she told the police both stories

They estimated she was going 40-50 ..I hit my head 3 times once on the visor and on the way back hit 2 top cross members, and then the head rest I guess. (thankfully I had my seat belt on, as always!) I have some road rash on my forehead and dome, and a golf ball welt on the back of my head + a minor concussion The car is not as well as me! I am just glad I am here to type this, and my wife and today! This really is a well designed cockpit in our cars! I guess I'm glad I didnt have Fall Colors plans!

The car was driveable..the bumper came off on my drive home after the accident I brought it home in my passenger seat.

My gear

You can see my skin on the top bars!

Did you have a rider on your policy for your stereo? It'd suck having to file a claim on your own policy, but it'd be better than a total loss?

I imagine the other driver's insurance co would fight pretty hard against paying thousands of dollars for stereo stuff.
