Nope. Having only -1.5 camber in the rear made the oversteer more prevalent, but not unstable.

This was completely operator error. The car did exactly what I told it to do

My $.04...

$.02 - I'm glad you're okay.

$.02 - Not smart going on the track with a car that is not in optimum shape. Tom, you should know better. Even if it didn't lead to this unfortunate event, it's not good. You're not a racer competing for a championship. I know the urge is strong, but please, for your safety and others on the track, make sure your car is up to snuff- completely.

I offer this with only good intentions; nothing more. It killed me to miss the May event with many of our locals because my car wasn't "right." In hindsight though, it was definitely the correct measure.

Btw, why are you using wheel spacers?

<-- Doesn't have wheel spacers. That is part of the cracked rotor

Thanks for the $ Skip, I have certainly learned from this incident and reassesed my tracking priorities.

Sorry, Tom, on my computer at work, it looked like there were more than 5 holes(computer screen is way dark).

Unfortunately, I have way too much experience with a non-operating S2000 for any number of reasons- tracked or not. My first avatar on this board years ago was the cartoon Charlie Brown. That damn thing turned into a self-fulfilling prophecy.

If there is anything I can do from afar, please ask... seriously. As far as reorganizing tracking priorities, just keep tracking as a priority. Tomorrow is never guaranteed- live today!
